I have tried to explain e-SP2 Concept in my previous Postings based on our e-Platform http://www.indiandefenceindustry.com/ for ESM. This helps ESM to generate revenues from their place of re-settlements. They only need Internet access. And it is a 'life-time' engagement in their familiar environments ; in fact they build their own business at the least cost.
These e-SP2 could also engage themselves for offset working. We will train them Free.
e-SP2 Concept is most suitable for e-savvy JCOs, and OR. Guidance to them is provided by their Regional Heads.
