It is known that all ex-defence personnel do not yield expertise in these area. We need to identify personnel who can add value to the Industry under expert advice and guidance from Svipja Technologies.
This is the basis to launch e-SP2 Concept explained in different Postings on this Blog. In the process we create a pool of Defence Industry experts.
If managed well, the e-SP2 Concept can emerge as a viable re-settlement opportunity for e-savvy ESMs, especially in the context that we already have an e-Platform for A & D Working. ESMs can engage themselves from their place(s) of resettlement gainfully. They only need access to Internet and time to engage as e-SP2.
A & D SMEs Clusters have been identified. These clusters are to be serviced by the e-SP2 in concert with Us.
We would appoint one e-SP2 as a Master ESP (OIC, e-SP2 Pan-India Operations). Commercial Model for each Consultant servicing the Industry Clusters for his business would be unique. Rewards to e-SP2 are based on Revenue Sharing.
Centre(s) / Unit(s) could sponsor this as a welfare / re-employment measure from their Hobby / Re-Settlement Training Centre(s) under our expert guidance. It could be part of 'Regimental Institution(s)' for revenue generation for the welfare activities - an ESM project for ESMs.
